Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 356jl Casino ("356jl," "the Platform," "we," or "us"), governing all use of the website located at 356jl.win and any associated mobile or web applications, APIs, or services operated by 356jl.

By accessing any part of the 356jl platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a promotion, placing a bet, or using the 356jl Login portal — you irrevocably accept this Agreement and all policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

This Agreement supersedes all prior representations, agreements, or understandings between you and 356jl, whether verbal, written, or implied. 356jl reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time with notice provided via the platform. Eligibility & Age Requirements

The 356jl platform is operated in the Philippines and is subject to the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law, the following eligibility requirements apply to all users without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years of age to register, access, or use any 356jl service.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not hold a 356jl player account.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from 356jl or any PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform.
• You must not be classified as a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) unless prior approval has been obtained and verified.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 356jl or any of its game providers.
• You must be accessing 356jl from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful under applicable local law.

356jl conducts identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) for all accounts. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date identification documents upon request, including a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys, passport, UMID, or driver's license). Failure to complete KYC will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, if fraudulent information is discovered, immediate permanent account closure.

Account Registration & Management

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 356jl platform at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, or different device profiles — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your 356jl account, you agree to:

1. Provide your true and complete legal name, as it appears on your government-issued ID.
2. Provide an active Philippine mobile number that you own and control.
3. Provide a valid email address that you own and access regularly.
4. Create a strong, unique password for your 356jl account and keep it confidential.
5. Promptly notify 356jl support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
6. Keep all account information current and accurate at all times.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 356jl account, including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. 356jl cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you share your 356jl Login details with any third party, you do so entirely at your own risk.

356jl reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any point during the account lifecycle, including but not limited to source-of-funds documentation, enhanced due diligence for high-volume transactions, and re-verification following extended account inactivity.

Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits to your 356jl account are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The following payment methods are accepted: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and selected cryptocurrency networks. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 356jl's discretion with prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash and PayMaya.
• All payment instruments used must be registered in your own name and must match your verified 356jl account identity.
• Third-party deposits — where payment originates from an account not in your own name — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your 356jl balance; contact support immediately if an incorrect amount was deposited.
• 356jl does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, third-party processing fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.
• Deposits linked to fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or stolen payment instruments will result in immediate account closure and reporting to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement.

356jl complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations under Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended. Large or unusual deposits may be subject to enhanced scrutiny and reporting obligations. Players are required to cooperate fully with any AML-related information requests.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 356jl are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. The following terms apply to all withdrawal transactions:

• Withdrawals are available only to accounts that have completed identity verification (KYC).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within 1–4 hours, subject to bank processing schedules and Philippine banking hours.
• Withdrawal processing times may be extended during high-traffic periods, system maintenance, or when additional verification is required.
• 356jl reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of outstanding KYC requirements or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Where a player has received a bonus, the applicable wagering requirements must be completed in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

Bonuses & Promotions

356jl offers various promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and the 356jl VIP Club. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of offer:

• Each promotion is available to eligible players only and may be limited to one claim per household, device, or IP address.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus balance is eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly at the time of offer.
• 356jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, provided that this does not prejudice the rights of players who have already claimed a promotion in good faith.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using prohibited wagering strategies, or coordinating with other players — will result in bonus cancellation and potential account suspension.
• Promotions are offered for entertainment purposes. They do not constitute a guaranteed financial return.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.

356jl retains absolute discretion in determining whether a player qualifies for a promotion and whether the conditions of a promotion have been met. Decisions made by 356jl in this regard are final.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the 356jl platform are subject to the rules of the individual game or sport being wagered on, as supplemented by these Terms. By placing a bet, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All bets are final once accepted by the 356jl system. You may not cancel, modify, or reverse an accepted bet except where explicitly permitted by the platform.
• The result of all casino games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the relevant game event.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by the relevant sporting event result as reported by the official governing body or, in its absence, by reliable statistical sources as determined by 356jl.
• 356jl reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was listed in error, including incorrect odds, duplicate listings, or markets opened prematurely.
• Maximum bet limits apply to individual games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market and may be adjusted at 356jl's discretion without prior notice.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a live game session, bets already accepted and in progress will be settled according to the last confirmed game state recorded by the server.

For sports betting markets covering Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) games, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other events, 356jl follows standard sports betting settlement rules. Disputes regarding bet settlements must be raised with 356jl support within 30 days of the event settlement date.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the 356jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account (duplicate accounts).
• Using false, incomplete, or misleading identity information during registration or KYC.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including but not limited to fraud, theft, money laundering, or proceeds of criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with any 356jl game or betting market in a manner that provides unfair advantage.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or loopholes in any 356jl game or system to obtain funds not legitimately won.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any 356jl software, system, or security measure.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, game providers, or 356jl employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 356jl support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the 356jl platform using circumvention tools such as VPNs or proxies for the purpose of bypassing geographic or legal restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 356jl platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, audio, video, text, and user interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of 356jl or its licensed third-party providers. This includes all content generated, displayed, or made accessible through the 356jl Login portal and any game within the 356jl library.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 356jl platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any 356jl content in any medium without express written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any 356jl content.
• Use the 356jl name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without authorization.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape the 356jl website or any of its content.

Unauthorized use of 356jl intellectual property is a violation of both these Terms and applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

Privacy & Data Protection

356jl is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. The collection, processing, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the separate 356jl Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms an integral part of this Agreement.

By registering an account, you consent to 356jl's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for account management, identity verification, payment processing, customer support, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• 356jl does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by law or contractual obligation.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.

Responsible Gaming

356jl recognizes that gambling can become harmful when not conducted responsibly. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 356jl and its officers, directors, employees, agents, game providers, and technology partners shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential financial losses arising from your use of or inability to use the 356jl platform.
• Losses resulting from network interruptions, server downtime, maintenance windows, or other technical failures beyond 356jl's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where 356jl's security systems were not breached.
• The actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, including GCash and Philippine banks, in connection with deposit or withdrawal transactions.
• Any gambling losses incurred as a result of using the 356jl platform, which are an inherent and accepted risk of participation in gambling activities.

Nothing in this Agreement limits 356jl's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by 356jl's negligence. In no event shall 356jl's aggregate liability to you exceed the amount deposited by you into your 356jl account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Termination & Closure

Either you or 356jl may close your account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Closure by Player: You may request account closure at any time by contacting 356jl support. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any available balance in full. 356jl will process your closure request within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and resolution of any pending transactions.

Closure by 356jl: 356jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Discovery that the account was registered using false or misleading information.
• Conduct that constitutes fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the 356jl platform or to other players.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Direction from PAGCOR, a court of competent jurisdiction, or a Philippine law enforcement authority.

Upon closure for cause, 356jl reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Balances in accounts closed due to fraud or illegal activity are subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 356jl through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting 356jl's support team and submitting a formal written complaint. 356jl undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulatory framework, prior to commencing litigation.

Amendments to These Terms

356jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 356jl will provide advance notice to registered players via the platform, via registered email address, or via SMS to the registered mobile number, no fewer than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR directive, Philippine law, or to address an urgent security matter.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the 356jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact support to close your account.
